The Windy City of Chicago was still suffering from freezing cold temperatures on Wednesday despite a slight increase in warmth as compared with earlier in the week.<br />The city has since Sunday been frozen in the extreme cold weather unseen decades.<br />Ice has built up along the banks of Lake Michigan in Chicago.
